The Origin Story
Fired from Corporate. Built Something Real.
In 2013, Jared Kott was let go from a corporate job and faced with a choice: find another desk somewhere, or bet on himself. He bet on himself.
He purchased his first property — a two-flat on Chicago's South Side — for $25,000. He didn't know everything about property management. But he learned fast, worked hard, and did things right.
That one property became two. Two became ten. And Jared quickly realized that the South Side was full of investors who needed what he was building: a management company that actually gave a damn.
Marblestone Property Group was built on the idea that empowering investors and improving lives aren't competing goals. Done right, they fuel each other.
